Quite a nice place to stay. Host is very friendly and kind. The rooms are nice, cosy and modern. Only negatives were the shower, which was very temperamental, and the fact that other guests were waking me up during the night, but I suppose I can't blame the location for that!

Wonderful little place to stay. Perfect for a shirt trip away, especially of you plan on visiting the pleasure beach. Rooms cozy and the place is very well looked after.

Clean, dirt cheap especially for the location and date we booked.2 minutes from the beach and atteactions and really nice people running it.Cant think of any negatives

I've stayed at a few different hotels and this is such a nice place. The bedrooms are nice and roomy, with plenty of room to move around as needed. The room was restocked each day with coffee and cream which was very nice as I drink a lot of it and way better than the places that leave one sachet of coffee and one carton of cream. The ability to check out just by leaving the key in the room was very nice too. Breakfast was a choice of cereals, which I skipped and a selection of packaged baked goods which was perfect to eat on the go as I walked around Blackpool and took in the sea air. A great place to stay.

Lovely Apartment bathroom in every room kitchen living room area etc. Only down side is needing to get tram from pleasure Beach to get down to the main shopping areas but it's not far by tram too get too and from Apartment if more central would be ideal.Other then the location we're Apartment was everything was great with the rooms kitchen and living room space.

Stayed here 3 days last week very very clean there is no cooked breakfast but there is cereal bread stuff and fresh orange, loads of places to eat breakfast or lunch, rooms are very comfy shower and toilet spotless and no bachelor of science degree need to work the shower. Owner and host a lovely person. Will stay here again when in Blackpool

The rooms were clean and welcoming right beside the pleasure beach. Good nights sleep comfy beds and quite at night time. Everything you need close by. Would highly recommend family of 5 and great prices.
