Crap I took a Apple iPhone 5c back today and they said I will get a refund and they never gave me back

Had my iPhone screen replaced. The display colour and contrast I noticed instantly wasn’t right. After using it, the touch screen response was terrible and the pressure sensitivty no longer worked.Took it back a week later and had the screen replaced again - thankfully foc.The colour and contrast was better and the pressure sensitivity worked now and again, but response still wasn’t great and it kept freezing.Went back again and was told it’s a software issue (how? I don’t know) if they were to replace it again, I would have to pay again (but out of good will, would charge £60 instead of £80)Decided against it. Then saw the reviews on here, basically people having exactly the same problems as me.Took phone elsewhere, had it replaced again (£95 for a genuine screen, lifetime warranty and also another replacement if I cracked the glass again) straight away, colour and contrast perfect again and 3 weeks of use since, never frozen again, responds every time and pressure sensitivity working perfectly again. So obviously not a software issue.Went back to Phone Trader, they told me they use low quality screens (which turn out to be £20 off Ebay) and they weren’t prepared to offer any kind of solution because I took it else where.Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Took my phone in today (21/06/18) with a problem - fixed within 5 minutes - No charge - and Service with a Smile

I bought a phone from you, buy a new one, but it's broken, the signal didn't work, they won't give you a warranty, and there's no tax receipt for the sale, they're bad people, you go buy from them and he doesn't do anything on the phone anymore, you are left with money given and the phone broken thank you so that everyone knows that they are unfeeling

Abdul have great costumer service and replaced my screen in quick time and at a low cost. He was also very generous as he gave me £5 off and a free screen protector. When you get a repair it also comes with a warranty. I rate this a 5 star and the best phone shop in spalding that I’ve been to.

First things first there warranty is bull cus if it brake or is broken then it's voided, even if it came like that, or at least that's what they told me.I know how to fix a phone screen and how they did it was absolute dog s#itOriginally they used they old digitiser on a new screen and said we fixed it (it usually has problems with touch which I had to force them to fix again) it had extremely bad over heating and currently still dose and also I'm pretty sure they gave me a counter fit screen that isn't right for my model cus my phone is a m4 aqua not a funking Z whateverThe screen due to not fitting also cracked due to it over heating and I have reported them for charging more to citizens advice

Rubbish no customer services. Spoken in own language not English very rude.

Poor quality screens- had them replace my iPhone screen and it broke within a week. Had to pay for another new screen and that broke after four days- they said they couldn't do anything to help!
