I wish I could give zero rating. We have purchased 12 annual passes today. Initially we were told that 5 free meals for children. After payment we were told that the food shop is closed. We came to Island Eatery. Ordered the food, make the payment but asked the lady for the 20% advertised discount. She said she is not allowed. I asked her to cancel the transaction and do the order again. She again said she is not allowed. Which is funny and probably against the law as well. If you haven’t served or prepared the food you must be able to cancel the transaction. Extremely poor customer services. I hope they will learn the lesson now and provide better customer services in future to others.

Not bad but certainly nothing to write home about… £8 minimum for a meal and the staff are rather slow.

Would do 0 but there is no 0 star. Do not eat here, especially with ketchup as what they put into the hot dog or othet stuff it must be out of date and smell like s*it.... we went back to complain they gave othet hot dog and wanted to put that ketchup" into it...."

Small rubbery fillet of fish covered in scales. AVOID EATING AT CAPTAIN'S CATCH FISH AND CHIPS within Adventure Island! I mentioned it to the staff serving and they said that's how they serve it... customer services did refund it after much time wasted.

Was surprised how good the food is here. Yes it's fast food and you shouldn't expect anything else. But it was hot, well cooked and good potions. Think for the prices it's good value for money. The staff were also very friendly.
