Ella delivered world class customer service. She was extremely accommodating and patient whilst answering several questions thoroughly. I was unsure of what choices to go for but Ella was knowledgeable and this enabled me to make purchases whilst i was in the store. Ella provided me with much needed guidance and showed plenty of kindness and empathy. I was so lucky to be served by Ella, and I am genuinely grateful. Thank you!

We have just bought an engagement ring at H Samuel from Amy, the supervisor at White Rose. We saw so many rings today and the reason I wanted to buy our ring from H Samuel, apart from the fact that it is completely stunning, is because of Amy. She was so helpful, happy, and obviously cared that she helped us in the best way she could. She explained everything so well and has gone above and beyond making phone calls to make sure we got the perfect ring. Thank you so so much!!!

Went in looking for a watch for me, left with a watch for my wife :) Marija was very helpful and really happy to let us try on as many watches as we liked! There were loads of other staff around too. The store is a medium-sized Samuel’s so doesn’t have everything that’s online, but they order in for you if you need anything. Highly recommended!

Young gentleman (Joe) and sarosh were so helpful and couldn’t be any more friendly and welcoming. My partner had her ears pierced and joe showed me through multiple watches whilst I waited. Very happy with customer service

Really helpful staff. Great selection of earrings to choose from when getting your ears pierced. Victoria pierced my ears today and was very friendly, clear & professional. Will definitely be returning here if I want another piercing!

Thanks so much to Eva for her amazing help with picking out my engagement ring! It’s taken me a good 11 months to decide but on both occasions at H.Samuel, Eva was extremely helpful and seemed to know a lot about the products. I’m really happy with my purchase and super impressed with the customer service received ☺️☺️

Ellyas as the whiterose store was super helpful, calming and very informative when I was getting my ears pierced. Highly recommended this service and I now have a beautiful pair pf earrings.

Went today to get a gift for my sister and had the best customer service anyone could ask for. Amy was the lady who helped me and honestly she was fantastic, she was very kind and very helpful and I truly feel I've had the best possible service today. If you want knowledgeable people who serve you with a warm smile and are just great people, come here. Another thing, we looked at necklaces and you know she's sincere when she helped me find the best for what I wanted and didn't try and push me to the more expensive option. Wonderful service.
