I wanted an item ,rather than buy blind on line I wanted to see the item. Quite a shock that it was £20 to £25 more expensive than any of the 11 online sellers were charging.I can appreciate that the shop owner has more overheads than some sellers,however, that does seem rather a large profit margin.

Built a gaming PC for me. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced, quite flexible, easy to get a hold of on the phone, and generally recommended.

What a brilliant service. Battery & speakers failed on my laptop. Chris & staff responded immediately, kept me informed throughout & repaired laptop promptly. Also sorted a software issue. Many thanks for excellent service.

It's difficult to find the words to do justice to the absolutely fantastic service I received from Norwich Computers. After diagnosing a fried motherboard they were able to cannibalise all the useful parts of my old dead laptop to build me a super new dream machine, all for no additional cost and with an amazingly fast turnaround time. If you need a computer repair in Norwich, you will not find a better place to go.

Wonderful service, cost efficient with friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff (particularly Chris who was just fantastic). My laptop was on the blink, I took it to Norwich Computers, which quickly assessed what the problem was (my laptop needed a new hard drive), and thankfully they replaced it, tidied it up and my laptop was ready to go the next day, what a relief. I was very impressed with my whole experience and would highly recommend Norwich Computers to anyone.

My area of expertise predominantly resides in Nvidia models, leaving me unfamiliar with the intricacies of AMD graphics cards. The choice at hand was between Graphics Card A, priced at £599, and Graphics Card B, offered at a modest £150.Desiring an informed decision, I sought advice from a youthful sales associate. When questioned about the Nvidia equivalent of Graphics Card A, I was informed it mirrored the Nvidia 3070. Based on this understanding, I confidently completed the £599 purchase, and in accordance with this newfound knowledge, I also acquired a 1440p monitor from a separate vendor, believing it to be an appropriate pairing.However, upon returning home and installing the new graphics card in my daughter's computer, I felt compelled to investigate some reviews on the card. To my astonishment, the retail price for this card was a mere £150 in 2023.Taken aback, I immediately contacted the store to voice my concerns. The young associate, empathetic to my dismay, connected me with the owner, Andy. Despite explaining the predicament, I was met with a dismissive response, reminding me of my awareness of the price and options at the point of purchase. When asked for a resolution, I proposed a refund of the difference. Andy countered that the high price was not a deliberate mark-up, a claim irrelevant to my situation.Andy offered a compromise of a £400 refund, which I begrudgingly accepted to avoid further dispute. However, this still left me £50 short for an item that should have cost only £150. Furthermore, I was left with a potentially ill-matched monitor due to the misrepresentation of the graphics card's capabilities, amplifying my financial losses.Therefore, I am constrained to assign this establishment a one-star rating for the following reasons: inaccurate product knowledge demonstrated by the staff, the unnecessary financial losses I incurred due to the overpricing and subsequent ill-advised monitor purchase, and the pricing of certain items that is unjustifiably high. An attempt was made to rectify the situation, but the overall experience has left a lasting imprint of dissatisfaction.

Having left behind my computer charger at home (manchester) and working away in Norwich, Andy at Norwich Computers was a life saver, after emailing him out of hours he responded at 11:30pm confirming he had a charger in stock, I popped in this morning and I'm now up and running again. Thank you so so much Andy, panic over and much cheaper than Currys (sorry Currys). Best Regards Cara

Wonderful local PC shop. I was having issues with a motherboard and got a replacement with minimal retail markup. The delivery company messed up the delivery so the owner at cost to himself ordered another next day and really impressed me with service for that. These guys will only sell you what you need and are knowledgible and friendly too.
