First time I've used a travel agent for a holiday and was very impressed with Laura from the Helston office. She was always there to answer my queries and had to arrange a train excursion on the Spirit of Queensland which she did very well. Would totally recommend Newells and Laura

Can't imagine why anyone would want to go online and try and book their own holiday when going into Newells makes everything stress free Katie was so patient and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed from accomodation,flights passes whilst on the Isle of Man Not the first time we've used Newells and certainly won't be the last.
