Very poor customer service. After booking with prime express, I wanted to amend my ticket. Turns out they were charging more than the actual ticket price just to amend the dates.First time using this agency and glad to say the last time as well. Not trust worthy people.I am dissatisfied because your agents were trying to charge me 600 POUNDS to change the dates. How does that make any sense ? I could buy a new ticket for that price or even for a cheaper price! Please reconsider what I have been advised and the extortion prices you have set. Unfair people.. ridiculous service.

Very reliable and friendly service always. Nurul bhai, Nazrul and Tozomul as well as Boro bhai....all provide a quality value for money service in Travel tickets, Hajj & Umrah, Cargo and Money Transfer. Very cerdible as using them for over a decade and never a problem. Pleasure to recommend.

I have used their service to send money to my mum in Bangladesh. It was easy and simply. I been sending money by phone whilst I am at hone. This is so convenient and I am so grateful for it, saves me travelling in horrible weather and with my kids with me.

Nice friendly staff, sitting arrangement should be better as we need to stand all the time to talk staff , their should be some souvenir or material like book or tasbeeh etc on booking umrah, this will make a good impression to customers
