My 82 year old stepdad bought a 4k full HD Samsung TV for my mum about 3 months ago and the remote control just stopped working. He visited the store with the remote and as its under warranty was hoping for an exact replacement from them, but all they done was to give him a lesser model remote for a basic samsung TV with no extra features included and they told him that it was brand new. It is clearly used with dirt and scratches on it and came with battery's already inside. Probably an ex display remote. All they had to do was to order him the exact same model in but they clearly tried to mug off a pensioner. This is taking advantage of an older person who doesn't really understand technology. I'm very annoyed with this company and I would never buy from them again. They paid a lot of money in good faith. It's disgusting behaviour. Just look at the pics.

Absolutely superb customer service. Had a problem with a microwave under warranty and it was resolved in store with no issues.

Good selection of electrical white goods on offer. Friendly staff knew that not all fridge freezers are suitable for outside garage installations. Sadly no soup makers which was what I was looming for.

Store is a Beautiful layout!could spend hours in this place and unfortunately money I probably don't have,I this particular visit we went in to renew our laptop,10 mins and a delivery 3 days later,very happy!

Bought new hoover and freezer after a flood,quick service and helpful,items being delivered Monday .

We have used the Hughes Smart team on a number of occasions and can not fault them both in their pre-sales consultation service, through the install period and then post installation with tweaks and adjustments as these type of installs always require. Great team and a pleasure to work with, we can not recommend enough.
