Stephen, Doug and team genuinely exceeded all our expectations and went well above and beyond in a difficult market and through probate, to ensure that we eventually got the sale over the finish line. I found House and Sons extremely helpful during the buying process, from making an offer to completion. They gave me regular updates on the progress, and asked for quotes from solicitors, recommended local surveyors, builders and arranged a full boiler service and a quote for remedial work.
