CSG are as bad as the time share companies. Referred by a third party call centre, had an appointment with Shaun, who spent nearly two hours giving a hard sales pitch. I asked for the contract to view over the weekend, he pressurized me to sign immediately, saying I could always pull out in the 14 day cooling off period, he tried calling me 7 times during the weekend because I hadn't signed, then withdrew the contract before I had a chance to finish reviewing it properly, as I had not signed it. They wanted £4500 + VAT up front for legal work. I would avoid Claims Solution Group.

Update 2023- after 6 years of dealing with this company I have just been informed that we will be getting no compensation from our mis-sold Club LaCosta points system. I have therefore reduced my assessment to 2 stars.Claims solution did get us out of our contract with Club LaCosta, as promised, but didn’t get us any money back as heavily implied during our consultations with them. Another expensive lesson. I have found them very disingenuous and the whole experience has left a nasty taste in the mouth.

Vi har tagit hjälp av Claim Solution för att avsluta medlemskap hos Azure och för att få tillbaka en del av alla pengar vi betalat in. De har haft kontakt med oss regelbundet under 2021 men plötsligt upphörde det och när vi försökt nå vår kontakt så finns hon inte längre, verken på telefon eller mejladress. Försökt att kontakta bolaget men inte fått svar. Vi har blivit lurade igen och det har kostat oss en massa av våra sparpengar. Varför kan sådana bolag få fortsätta att lura människor utan att de blir stoppade.

We had a nice meal there it was full of very noisy very young men didn't like the atmosphere in there haven't been there for years and then only for a drink we thought we'd try the food probably wouldn't go there again

We recently had dealings with Claims Solution, as regards to exiting our Time share agreement. This was done through a 3rd party called Meridian litigation. Before we went ahead with this sham of a agreement, I contacted Claims Solution and asked all the relevant questions as to have they worked with this company before and can they be trusted, to which Claims Solution said Yes. All through this none existent process, Claims Solution told us our Claim was being processed to the point when they instructed us that it was in it's final stage. Now, we have been told that the money which we paid was with Meridian and not with them because Meridian litigation has stopped trading and they weren't paid, so our agreement is null and void. This has cost myself and my wife Thousand of pounds with no obligation attached from Claims Solution. How can this be right? The whole thing stinks!

Anne, Bryan and the team brought years of unhappiness to a close. Friendly professional and always there to answer questions. It was a difficult situation I found myself in and Bryan helped no end. First class, service at the end of a very long and unpleasant Timeshare experience.

In short this company promise you compensation after Fulbrook Solictitors have helped you cancel your time share. Believe you me you won’t get a penny in compensation as both companies are mis-selling their services & are currently being investigated. Stay clear & don’t give them a penny. I’ve been lead up the garden path for 5 years
