Riverside Multi-Storey Car Park

Car park opening times 0700 till 2300 Monday to Sunday £7 all day parking and £1.50 per HR there is no free after 3pm and £3 on a Sunday and its a cashless car park you can use Google pay or apple pay or use the Ringo app

Decent car park which is pre bookable for stadium events. We pre booked a space in it when we went to see Pink, £7 well spent. Didn't take long to get out after the gig. I would add it's just over a mile from the stadium.

Cheap place to park whilst visiting Sunderland

Shut before closing time, which I found out to be 2300. Because my brother just had an operation we couldn't walk any further, so had to get a £20 taxi home, I now have to waste my saterday morning to come collect my car, and have to pay an overnight charge. Never use a car park that has the ability to lock your property in it overnight... £14million car park, and they can't afford the security to stay open 24/7. Waste of money, ruined my weekend and my Friday night at the theatre.

Well over 600 spaces, well laid out with plenty of space and easy to navigate. An entire floor for disabled vehicles and loads of electric car charging points. As car parks go it is beautifully designed and the immediate vicinity has some nice landscaped grounds with greenery, decking and seating areas.

Not clearly signposted on its whereabouts to visitors to Sunderland

Pay by the day, unlike St Mary's, which is pay by the hour. And reasonably priced. Great car park. Very secure. One where you pay on exit. Someone asked, so I checked and it is exactly 2m in height.
