Fantastic experience buying our Aygo X. The salesman, Ben, was like a breath of fresh air, very genuine, helpful, and not at all pushy. His only concern was that my wife was going to be happy with the car. A really nice guy. Also, the manager, Mike, was always on hand to talk through any details as required. Overall, the best experience we have ever had buying a car.

It is very difficult to decide which type of car to buy just now during this transition period between petrol and electricity. We hadn't planned to change cars yet and needed a car quite quickly so also had to decide what make and style to choose. fortunately for us Kabir answered the phone when we rang Toyota Platinum in Bath and he managed to get us into the show room that day. We were hooked ! Historically we appreciated the style and reliability of Toyota cars . We test drove a few styles then at the end of the day we went home to think through all that Kabir had told us. He is very knowledgeable about the mechanics and many aspects of numerable makes of cars. The main governing decision at the moment has to be between full electric, hybrid and hybrid with a chargeable battery or even all petrol! Next day we returned to the showroom and spotted a car in the forecourt that footed the bill exactly. I think Kabir had it put there deliberately. He had already worked it out!! It was automatic and we had only ever driven manual and the technical additions were mind blowing. Not deterred Kabir very patiently taught ushow to drive it then went through all the technical stuff until we were comfortable with it. We know also that we can call into the show room any time (within reason of course) if we need clarification on anything. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had someone with so much knowledge and a good work ethic to help us through our difficult unexpected purchase. Thanks to you Kabir and to Tim for having the courage and expertise to take me out on my first test drive of an automatic car! Couldn't have done it without you

I am disappointed with my experience at Toyota Platinum Bath. Recently I took my car to have a full service done with this dealership for first time. They spent the minimum amount on Parts and time spent on the car. My car was due for a full service but when I looked at the service book they just carried a minor service. They charged me for a full service. It’s very concerning for an approved dealership to not change brake oil fluid and other necessary parts when is supposed to do. I tried to contact the service team and speak to Ian the manager, the lady on the phone took my details but no one called me back. I won’t recommend this dealership for any service needs I’ll go back to Bristol Toyota which will do a complete job when asked to do so. The management are sleeping at the wheel.

From the onset Platinum Toyota Bath we’re welcoming, accommodating and their customer service on guiding me through purchasing an Aygo was excellent.It’s a perfect first car for my son to see him through learning to drive and then on to Uni.

From start to finish, amazing customer service from the team at Toyota. My initial enquiry was handled swiftly by Meg who was able to book my GT86 in for a recall and replacement clutch within a weeks’ time. They also looked into the issue I had with my window free of charge. Communication was excellent the whole time, and everything went smoothly. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Absolutely superb. My car needed an MOT, another part of Toyota waa unable to do it - this dealership stepped in like true professionals, picked up the car, dealt with the issues and will return later. I highly recommend this dealership.
