Although this live gig pub located at the very edge of town centre lots of local people here who are very welcoming. Easy to engage in conversation with people and great offers at the bar

Love the presence of beer tap labelled Cheap Ale" from which decent ale was poured and sold cheaply :-)"

Best metal pub in Bournemouth. Friendly staff, decently priced.... just the fish in the tank looked a little sad... pool table and arcade machine too... definitely a fun time

Been here many times and most recently to see Gnome. Great little venue once you're in. Yes the ceiling is low and yes the pillars can be a pain but if you get in the right place it's one of the best small venues and every gig feels very personal.

Seemed a decent atmosphere. Was pretty quiet when we visited but can imagine it's a great night out. Reasonably priced drinks and a wide selection also

Skinhead bouncer never lets me in to the venue. I've gone back and asked him multiple times why can't I come and spend money in the establishment. His response is always because you claim I'm a racist." But the reasons for the claim are due to his unjust and unwarranted actions against me for my mere existence. A great place if you are white I'm sure.UPDATE:The owner has responded and said if I was removed then it was because of my actions.I was never once removed from this venue. There is ONE member of the door staff team who has taken a disliking to me.I HAVE NEVER GOT PAST THIS MAN. .THE BOUNCER SAID TO ME WORD FOR WORD:"you can't come in because last time you said I was racist."Ok so
