Fantastic tour, we took the 3 hr Staffa tour. Great crew, warm welcome and very friendly. The puffins were amazing. Despite dizzily weather it was brilliant.

Great experience! The staff were very helpful sharing their knowledge on the tour including the folklore of Fingal’s cave. We were fortunate with the weather and wild life with the captain slowing down and circling back when we spotted dolphins and a whale so we could enjoy the experience.

We did the trip to Staffa from Iona. We almost didn't go as people staying on the same site as us had been the day before and they mentioned clambering over rocks holding onto a rope to get to Fingal's Cave and as I have arthritic legs I wasn't sure if I would be up to the challenge but we decided to give it a go and I am glad we did. The weather held for us and we had a wonderful boat ride up to the island, disembarked, and walked carefully round to Fingal's Cave, it felt a bit hairy going into the cave as the steps were very high up with no barrier to stop you falling in, and staff from the boat did not come with us so we were very much on our own. It was not a walk I would want to do in rain, or with young children, or dogs. But as long as you were careful it was fine in good weather, and the cave was spectacular to see.We also saw seals on the way over, and dolphins came up to the boat on the way back.

Had a great trip with Staffa Tours from Ffionnphort , we were fortunate with great weather. Fellas on board the boat were lovely and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. Tour was informative and we were able to enjoy landing on the island as well as seeing it from the water. The steps up are steep so caution if you are not sure footed. We chose to land back at Iona as it was such a lovely day. Would definitely recommend Staffa tours and thought it was excellent value for money

What can I say…a fantastic experience. The lads on board were great, brilliant knowledge of the area and were able to stop at various times on route to see the dolphins and seals. Certainly would recommend to anyone visiting the Isle of Mull, highlight of our holiday.

What a great day! We met the ferry from the Isle of Iona and after docking for a short time at Mull to gather the rest of the passengers, we started on our way to Staffa. Minutes into our journey, we came across some dolphins playing in the water so the captain spent a little while circling them so that we could get a good view. Shortly after, we also spotted several seals as we moved into a small bay and found them basking in the sun on the rocks. After our 30-minute cruise, we approached Staffa and enjoyed the informative commentary that complemented the breathtaking views as we arrived to Finghal’s Cave. Once we docked at Staffa, we had an hour on the island during which you could walk along the rocks to the cave, explore the island, or go straight to the cliffs to enjoy the puffins. For the most part, we all decided to head straight for the puffins and once we got to that part of the island, it was magical. Although there were not as many puffins as I had expected, there were enough to captivate all of us. We sat there quietly watching them as they interact and we got some stunning pictures of those adorable little creatures. We were back on Iona just as promised, and we were grateful for a lovely and relaxing morning with Staff tours.

Took the Staffa afternoon boat tour, just 45 minutes each way and a good hour on the island to explore at our leisure. The weather was exceptional, the rocks and cave wondrous, and the puffin colony awesome - great to see them pootling about and doing their thing!Such a brilliant afternoon trip, the crew were brilliant, and we thoroughly recommend it!

I mean wow, what an experience! We were incredibly lucky with the weather. Not only that, but we discovered how many nature experts were on our tour, an added bonus when identifying the numerous species of birds. Thankfully we were able to land on Staffa, as the view from the top & Fingal's cave are equally mind-blowing. Lunga is a delightful experience as well, we were still early in the puffin season but they were everywhere! We also spotted razorbill, guillemots, black shags, and so many more that I cannot remember. This tour is a must-do if you're in Tobermory or Kilchoan.
