John from Falkirk homes made selling our house easy. From our initial meeting to completing the deal he was able to answer any questions we had and made the whole process smooth. The pictures he took were great, his enthusiasm was infectious and all for an extremely competitive price.We had a viewings almost straight away and the house sold in a week for over the asking price. I would highly recommend. Top work from a great local company.

08/12/2023 - Unfortunately we suffered a former Purple Bricks agent working at Falkirk Homes, who also used to work for Just Eat ... - That says it all really.Customer service is exactly the same as Purple Bricks - very poor. Terribly unprofessional photos - taken on a mobile phone, all dark, and blurry spots as they don't know how to phase out areas of images or how to properly lighten images without deterioration in quality. I could have taken better photos myself - seriously.Poor communication and manipulative attitude into the bargain. Constantly got rudely spoken over the top of, frequently.Our property was removed from the market after we declined one single viewer due to a sudden change of circumstances. They will also try and force you into accepting viewers who are not even advertising their homes on the market themselves, completely wasting your time. Details of viewers surnames are even hidden, yet viewers have your full name and address.Purple Bricks failed for a reason and Falkirk Homes are no better. Cheap price to market means cheap rubbish unfortunately. No terms and conditions provided either, as requested.I should also mention that you should NOT expect a sales advertising board to be mounted outside your home. We didn't receive one at all ...We do NOT recommend Falkirk Homes. Secure a 'genuinely professional' estates agent. Falkirk Homes are sadly one for the Property Ombudsman to investigate unfortunately, if you suffer the same rudeness, unprofessionalism and manipulation that we suffered ... Steer well clear. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

John and Chris had our house on the market in less than 48hrs after I first called. Throughout the process they have been so helpful and no question or request was too much.It's so refreshing to be dealing with people who understand the housing market from an buyers and sellers perspective. Falkirk Homes managed to sell my flat, before it even went live on the market.
