Had one of the best massages I’ve ever had at this spa. I will definitely be returning for regular visits. Would highly recommend!

I had a massage this morning with Caitlin, she explained everything to me before starting, checked to make sure all was ok part way through & went through the aftercare when she had finished!The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had! The team I came across when I was in there were all really nice & friendly.Highly recommended & would definitely go again!

I had a hot stone massage which was an hour and bought on groupon. It was nice and cheap but the service I got when I arrived was not friendly at all. Told to take off shoes and leave my coat downstairs. They don’t want people walking on the carpet with shoes on. No friendly greeting or spa feel . The woman that came to greet me and my mum was miserable and cold. I was shocked at how rude she was. Mumbling her words and had a miserable face. She didn’t speak to me on the way down the corridor. She asked do I have any problem areas to focus on. I said yes mainly my shoulders and neck… she said “WELL THATS OBVIOUS. THATS WHAT EVERYBODY SAYS. “. She didn’t explain the treatment to me or ask how I like the pressure. She also didn’t give me enough time to get unchanged and walked in on me. Very awkward and weird atmosphere. Not friendly at all. Won’t be going back for this reason.

I had the Elemis Superfoods facial with Caitlin. The whole experience was fantastic. Everybody was really friendly. The facial was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing afterwards. I will definitely be back to try other treatments.

Myself and 2 friends came for a luxury Elemis facial. I use Elemis products at home , however was very let down by your service. It should have been a full hour yet was completed in 40 minutes. My facial was lovely but my friend did not receive a good standard of service. Her facial did not include head shoulders arms and hands as mine had. I did complain at the time but nothing was done. I would not use this establishment again

Had a wonderful relaxing massage and facial today, mother's day present from and with Katie Hammonds . The back massage really worked those knots and muscles and felt amazing ❤️Literally spine tingling from my neck all the way down, and deep tissue soothing and relaxing pressure all round.Then a totally dreamy Elamis superfoods facial, loved the hot cloths, and a hand and arm massage too, my skin feels amazing.Ok

The best back massage and facial I have ever had. Laura is very skilled and it was extremely relaxing. Highly recommended.

I brought this deal direct, as they matched the Groupon price, when I told them I would go through Groupon, as it was cheaper.Firstly I felt cheated. The 30 minute facial was oil & creams only, no blackhead removal or hot steam.I then had a pedicure, which was my feet soaked in luke warm water, toenails cut and painted.No hard skin removed or filed.The young girl Catlin was so lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome, but I felt cheated and definitely wasn't value for money, even at Groupon prices.

Best full back massage I've had. Facial fantastic. Arms and hands. Soooo relaxing. Loved it and would go back.
