10 of us on a motorbike ride stopped for lunch. Excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful, good food, drink and service, and with the sun shining on our outdoor seats, life was perfect!

As usual a delightful cream tea was had in the garden. Cream was plentiful as was the jam. Scones were large but still very soft and brilliant to hold c&j. Two scones so one 'devon style' and one 'cornish of course!"

A hidden gem, well worth going out of your way to visit. It was busy, but staff were friendly & helpful, providing a great service. We only had tea & cake, but the meals being served up looked really appetising. What a great country atmosphere.

Probably the best and most traditional tea room I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is amazing and the food was impressive and lovingly prepared. Dogs are welcome in the garden and there’s a lovely cliff walk to burn off those scones!

Spotting the numerous awards online we stopped by and enjoyed some great sandwiches, cream tea and drinks. It has a lovely garden which would be great to sit in if it wasn't raining. The food and drink all came out in a timely manner and the staff were really friendly and helpful. You're not able to take dogs inside, but the garden has plenty of space. Pricing was good and everything was freshly made including the warm scones for the cream tea. Worth a visit!

Simply the best cream tea. Freshly baked warm scones, home made jam, local cream and leaf tea. Every bite melting to that perfect sensation of merging flavours. The warm scones melting the cream sweetness leaving strawberry. The best we had in Devon and Cornwall! Lovely coast walk afterwards. Service great too. They could not be more keen to make our visit just right. Thanks to the team here. Well done.
