Simplicity Group

We have recently moved to Simplicity Group for our telephones and internet. They have been so helpful and easy to get in touch with. Our phones were installed quickly with great service and helpful staff with nothing being a bother. Would definitely recommend.

We have been working with the Simplicity group for approx 8 years, during this time they have always been professional and helpful in solving any issues we have had, should it be our mobile phones or broadband. The customer service provided is always quick and efficient. They are a good team to work with.

Recently starting a new post and being responsible for IT Infrastructure and Purchasing, Simplicity have been incredibly helpful and efficient at making sure we get the best service. Any obstacles which arise have been swiftly dealt with. Joel has been excellent and has went above and beyond as out Account Manager, ensuring we get the best package!The Customer Service from Darren and Peter at Simplicity has been top class, very approachable, down to earth but incredibly knowledgeable in their field, and incredibly help in every aspect. Nothing is ever a problem.Overall very happy with our dealings with Simplicity!!

We switched to Simplicity a few years ago for our landlines and mobiles and have found their level of service to be the best we've had from any telecomms provider. Their products have been fault free in this period but we still get regular service calls to ask if we have any issues or further requirements. We've just renewed our contract and during a time when all bills are rising Simplicity have reduced ours. Would highly recommend.

MAR-TRAIN HEAVY HAULAGE LTD, we contacted Simplicity with regards to getting a Fleet Management System that included tracking and cameras. We had very specific requirements due to the nature of the work that we carry out, and gave the guys a major challenge of installing cameras and tracking to our whole fleet which included travelling to Norway and Sweden to make sure the whole fleet was completed. Mike, James, Josh and Simon have bent over backwards in helping us set up a system that works for us and are always at the end of a phone to help out with any queries. Would highly recommend the team. From initial contact, to installation and continued customers support they have been great and are a great asset to Simplicity.

Absolutely amazing service provided by Simplicity. Our company has uses multiple services they provide and cant fault their customer services and response time.The dash cam footage is clear and easy to use and access. This has been valuable on many occasions. Keep up the great work

Excellent company to deal with from the initial sales meeting to project planning, implementation and after sales too. Incredibly easy software (Horizon) to manage the phone system in house with support there if we ever need it

Having worked with Simplicity now for a few years I have to highly commend there support and account management. Any issue big or small is dealt with quickly and efficiently, even late night urgent responses are completed, sometimes from the side-lines of a football game on a Saturday, they go above and beyond to ensure there customers are happy. We are in capable hands with Joel Doughty as our account manager and Matt Thompson, not to forget the rest of the support team and staff.

However, after expanding our staff and office space I got back in touch and am delighted that I did. The first meeting was with Aaron who took me through the possibilities and I was impressed with his professionalism and with the capabilities of the system.Installation was completed by Bradley who has been so professional, helpful and discreet while completing work (I almost forgot he was there!) He has a nothing is a problem" attitude that is so reassuring. He has kept in touch to make sure we're happy with the system - which of course we are!It's early days but I have no doubt that should any issues arise
