Ted Baker

Lovely shop and lovely iteams but awful customer service.My mother and I have just left the Ted baker shop at Victoria square after purchasing a pair of shoes that we nearly didn't buy because of the service that was provided.I have worked in customer service and retail for 10 years now and have never experienced this type of service.Walking into the shop we were greeted by a make employee.After trying on shoes for 20 minutes not one person approached us to ask how we were getting on or if we needed help. So I asked the girl at the till for another size. She just took the shoe walked away came back with the other size and handed it two us and walked away. After trying on both shoes we took them to the till to pay were we then got ignored by the sales advisor Hannah, not even a simple hello. I can't believe that she didn't speak one word to us! What ever happened to service with a smile when all that's needed is basic training and some manners. Because of this we would be put off returning to the store.

Expensive for people with too much money and not enough sense. Same quality clothes as Primark for 10x the price.

I was in the Victoria square store on the 21/05/22. I was looking for a dress for a wedding and was helped by Karolina. She was so friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. I absolutely love my purchase

Great range, great clothes

Visited the store today - 1 staff member said hello as I entered that was it.I browsed the shop, got no help from any sales advisor. At one stage all 5 employees stood chatting together. There were no other customers in the shop either.I got no help in the changing rooms, was I ok? did I need help ? etc ... shocking service.

I love this store and the range of clothing in it. Easy to spend a small fortune in here very quickly. Lovely staff
