The Trussell Trust Food Bank

They’re always helpful & great hospitality. In my opinion they do the best bacon cobs in the morning. This is a friendly Foodbank. The staff and volunteers are always in good spirits, always willing to help, and no matter how you feel prior to coming in, I can guarantee you will come out with a smile on your face. They make your mornings & no need to feel apprehensive.

I've been struggling with British Gas as they're not helping me out they just keep on taking money money money money so when I was struggling with food the food Trussell bank help me out they were so helpful and kind they don't look down at you they know how you are struggling so don't be friends to open up and say you need help as it is not very nice when you feel that you don't know where to turn but they do not look down just go there and you'll get some nice help and advice and a nice food parcel which will last you 3 to 4 days to you can get sorted out

Friendly, welcoming, free breakfast and tea, coffee and has citizens advice on some days and debt advice as well.

Got a parcel for a client who had an appointment there. It was put together with attention and care. The process, which some could find embarrassing and undignified, is handled with thought and consideration. Lovely people.

A mix of very friendly people Who volunteer and work here. Hope house offers food parcels for people in Need, breakfasts on a Saturday morning; a great opportunity to come and meet new people and socialise and get out of the house for a little bit. Hope House also have a launderette service for people in need and offer a food clothes bank. Xxx
