Fantastic service. I used the chat system to ask for help as our current model of smoke alarm had been discontinued. The advice I got was first class, delivery was really quick and I was delighted that they actually deliver to Guernsey at a reasonable cost (unlike many other companies).

I wanted to replace 3 time-expired and obsolete smoke detectors but the FireAngel model I had wasn’t mentioned on the SafeLincs advert. After having an online chat, Laura informed me of a model that would fit on to my existing base plates. I ordered these and they arrived very quickly. As promised, these smoke detectors fitted straight on my existing backplates. Job done!Impressed.

Very pleased to find replacements that fitted easily into the base of my now defunct brk670 smoke alarms. Design is even better than the originals and will make replacing the batteries much simpler.

Bought a 10 year smoke alarm 5years ago, which has just stopped working. Contacted Safelincs (Kirstie) who quickly and positively dealt with my query. She passed my details on to her colleague team and within a day or two I'd received a replacement. Overall a quick no quibbles experience, which left me very impressed.I will definitely buy from here again, should I need to.
