Heavitree Post Office
Had to use the post office for my business for several years before finding a better solution. Found the staff in there to be unbelievably rude to both me and a member of staff. One individual in particular (probably mentioned in other reviews) would routinely ignore us, never used please or thank you in the little communication we did get, and was generally passive aggressive in a pretty nasty way - making the whole experience of going in there very unpleasant indeed.

I have read the reviews here. Mostly people said that the staffs are rude since four years ago and more. Well, it happened to me as well sadly. I am wondering why the post office still keeps workers like them and just ignores the customer reviews? Such useless I am writing this too.

Very rude staff, made a wrong judgemental comment to a customer . When the customer confronted n proved that the staff was absolutely wrong , she stuck to her guns n refused to listen or apologise !! Kept grumbling and was rude throughout that transaction. As soon as that customer left the window started justifying her action to her colleagues n ill mouthing the customer in full ear shot of the rest of the queue!!I am sure even the leaving customer would've heard all of it. Very unprofessional!!

I just had a bad experience in this post office.I was told my parcel was too big for a small parcel Royal Mail label. I came home and checked on the R.M. website and it wasn't. I printed the sizes out and went back with a tap measure. They refused to look at my printout, were very rude and told me to go to R.M. themselves as they were not R.M. I then had to walk to Sidwell Post Office where I had no problems with the same parcel. I will not be going back to Heavytree Post Office.

Been here a few times and each time I'm gobsmacked by how rude the staff are - especially the blonde woman without glasses. So rude and literally could not care any less about their customers or job. Would recommend to avoid.

I been here to send an Amazon return. They said the label on it wasn’t pre-paid, so I need to pay or ask seller to get a pre-paid label. So, I went back with the exact same parcel with a pre-paid label on it but they refused it because of its dimension. They were happy to take it in the first place though! Disappointed!
