The whole process was brilliant, Michael was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. On the day I picked my car up, Michael was very thorough taking me through all the controls and equipment of the car. The process as been fantastic from start to finish. 5 star service, thank you.

Can not fault the sales staff, really friendly and helpful and purchase was easy . However, I am not convinced the new car checks have been done. I have found stickers all over the car, on the steering wheel, indicators, over head lights and on the ariel which I can not reach. Had various marks on the body which I emailed but didn't get a reply, and sticky residue on the window. Kids got in and there were elastic bands holding down the seat belt clips. I took it down, and the marks rubbed off except one where paint missing and they got the valet to take off the sticker marks. But I'm not sure why this wasn't done when preparing the vehicle. I had to wait an hour and half when collecting as it was still being cleaned.. However the wheel arches were dirty inside, so I know this was not done. Paid alot of money for the diamond protection, but I think they just slung the kit in my car and signed it off.On consumption, put £40 in the tank on Fri when I collected, and got 120 miles from it. Had to put £60 in today (Mon) to last me the week. I've never used so much. Think the Hybrid is the biggest con I've brought into since the covid jab.So on all the above, I may not purchase another Hyundai.

Greeting to your Nottingham site was excellent from parking assistance and service receptionThe work and vehicle checks and report were comprehensive and although service took longer than we were expecting all work including brake discs and pads was completedThe only thing that prevented us giving a 10 out of 10 was the exorbitant charges even after discount for the work on the breaksWe left content that everything had been done but were told by other road users that we had no rear lights.We contacted your service receptionist who was able to tell us that the lights had been switched off during the work and not switched back on.So a disaster was avoided thanks to Shannon Day but we must presume this was not the first time it has happened but hopefully the last.

Bought a second-hand car, within a 3-month warranty, 3 things needed to repair. Exhaust pipe, spark plug, and door plastic label.Right away off the warranty period, more things turned up to be fixed. This time is 2 tires, break pad, a caliper, engine oil below level.Also, on the website mentioned, free up to 30miles delivery of cars, but the sales person still try to put this cost to their customers. After the car is sold, the sales person will never call you backThe car is not well looked after, not an honest car dealer.Thank you for the manager Richard William, who did his best to turn things around and looked after me.However, I will not recommend this car dealer.

From first setting foot in the showroom I was greeted by a sales person and also management which was very pleasant and not pushy at all which put me at ease straight the way.I asked about a vehicle I was interested in, (Hyundai Hybrid Kona) and I was told about one that was at one of there sister garages which ticked all the right boxes.Again no pressure but to reserve it a full refund deposit was required, £100.When the car arrived I was contacted and returned to look over it and test drive it.I was happy to go ahead under no hard sell or tactics to get a sale, it was all done in a very relaxed atmosphere, which a buyer always wants, after all its the second biggest thing anyone purchases in their life.So, from start to handover, I would highly recommend this garage to family and friends and anyone else to buy their car from Bristol Street Motors, Nottingham.
