Teamworks Letchworth: Karting - Laser Tag - Simulator Racing

Another great birthday party at Teamworks Letchworth - previously we've held karting parties, but this time went for laser tag and were not disappointed. Great laser tag arena, good equipment and friendly staff - the kids (& a few adults!) had a great time. Booking at Teamworks is easy and everything is very well run. Am sure we'll be back again!! Good addition to have the table football tables in the party rooms

Excellent evening of karting for my sons birthday. We were a group of five and we had the tracks to ourselves.The safety briefing was comprehensive, the equipment supplied was clean and in good order and the karts were in great condition.Only downside was there was not enough staff. We were alternating with another group and the staff were all employed doing track safety meaning no one was available to serve drinks from the cafe.

Had a LOT of fun there!! Was an amazing experience and will most likely be back soon!

We did both - Go Karting was great for our 10 year old who wants to know when he can go again. Really enjoyed himself and got support from staff to help him. I took our 6 year old laser tag at same time and we loved it. so much fun in the session which was 3 x 12 min sessions, we are ready to go back again.

Fantastic day. Really awesome friendly staff and my 9 year old loved it.If he's happy... we're all happy.And that little sod is as difficult as keeping ice cream cold in a whacked up oven.Loved every minute of it. We will be back.

We booked to come here yesterday for my sons 9th birthday as a surprise, it was so good! He absolutely loved it, as did we! The staff were great, seeing as non of us had been before they showed us everything we needed to know and gave us tips to get faster track times. From the outside its very diseving, inside it's incredibly clean and tidy. I would imagine doing a kids party here would be great! Would definitely recommend and will go back!

Poorly organised, rude staff and an unenjoyable experience. I would highly recommend avoiding the Letchworth facility!I was in a group of 5 and we were put on with children, around 10 to 12 years old. The kids were terrified and unhappy and ended up coming off one by one as we were more proficient at driving the karts. I was amazed that the staff put children on the track with adults.Some of the staff were treating us like children and being very condescending towards us, which I felt was very unprofessional. I did not appreciate being spoken to in the manner that I was during my visit. I will NEVER return to this site and I highly recommend that the staff (one man in particular) has some professional training in how to talk to customers...The cars were repeatedly adjusted by the staff to make them slower, which also led to an overall disappointing experience. The track itself is in very poor condition and the site needs some TLC.Please share this review with your employees!

My nephew had a blast last night, thank you! I wholeheartedly recommend the Letchworth location, not just because it is a great experience, but because the crew is honestly is the best!You guys, are the kindest and nicest people I've met so far. We are grateful for your help, and I hope when he visits me next time, we can meet again with all of you!

Great fun I would highly recommend if you've ever thought about giving it a go. Well run by friendly staff. Definitely be back

We have raced here many times and always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and go the extra mile. The layout is good and karts good. Any issues we have always asked about and staff have addressed straight away. We will be returning - now with my girls too.
