Great team. Great price great job.This company went out of their way to help us move. Great workingwith and they really know what they are doing.If you want a good job done by honest hard working people they give them a go.

We moved last friday and used Unique Moves. The whole process from coming round for a quote, liasing with the office and the move itself was easy and i cannot begin to explain how great Wayne, Mitchell and Dan were om the day, nothing was too much for them, they were so polite and fast and efficient at moving. 100% recommend this company, i will be singing their praise to all our friends and family. Thank you all!

Janet was brilliant and very responsive to all my hundred questions I had. Dan, Alfie and Allen were brilliant. They worked so hard. Helped me move everything on time and made my move a very stress-free experience even though we faced a few hiccups. I'm so thankful for their hard work. They arrived on time and loaded and unloaded on time. They trippled checked to make sure they took all my items and checked even on the places I forgot to check. Everything was safely packed and organized with lots of care.I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to move house. I cannot stress how brilliant they are. Definitely the best!

Unique moves moved my neighbours who are in there 80 all 3 staff daz rob James were absolutely fantastic very professional and reliable and very efficient in there work they carried out moving task with a great deal of care and compassion and made sure out items were wrapped and transported safely to my neighbours new house so thank you lads for taking great time and care with an old people's move made easy quick many thanks and appreciate every bit of your hard work .Bert and June

I decided to go with Unique Removals after they matched the cost of another company, plus for the charity work they do. Wayne and Janet are nice people, but the company is run in such an unprofessional way. We paid for a full service, including packing, and we didn’t receive this. Communication is bad, staff were unprofessional (overfamiliar, not in uniform and driving an unmarked van) and my calls/texts were ignored after I had paid. Plus, I had to wait two days for my furniture to be put back up. When I tried to resolve this with them their emails were slow to respond and defensive/argumentative; not professional in the slightest. At first, they offered to compensate but then retracted this as they had dropped the price originally to match another company. Just because you do someone a deal, doesn’t mean you’re allowed to provide a bad service. They are at the very least sending someone to clean my sofa after this was stained by them. Unfortunately, after all this I feel like I should share my experience. Moving house is stressful enough without all of this on top. I would not recommend them to anyone for future moves.Since reviewing them originally I have uncovered more bad workmanship. I tried to pull out our day bed to have my neices stay over and they haven't even screwed the planks back in! The whole thing needs re-doing. A disgraceful service!

I used Unique Moves Removals last week and can’t recommend them enough. They offered the cheapest quote and I couldn’t fault them. Both Wayne and Daniel had a great sense of humour, which helps on a stressful day. Both took care of my property when loading and unloading…..definitely 5 stars.

Wayne & team moved us from Canvey to Chelmsford yesterday & they were fantastic ! I would highly recommend them ! They worked so hard & made sure we were happy with everything all the way through. Cant credit them highly enough for the service they provided !

The team from Unique Move Removals did more than anyone else to help us sort out a particularly stressful and problematic move. The team packed for us and moved us out on completion day, but due to a problem in the chain completion slipped to the following day. Unique Move were able to store all our stuff overnight and split their team at short notice so they could move us in the following day, despite also having another move booked in that day. The following day completion was still slow and we only got in at 3pm. The team from Unique Move worked tirelessly late into the evening getting us set up and reassembling everything. Throughout Wayne, Daniel and Ian remained very professional and good humoured, despite the pressures of working with a smaller team as it got later. Janet was also very helpful organising everything on the phone. Unlike the previous negative review, they did have liveried vans and were well turned out. I also found them generally very responsive on the phone when we were booking it all in. This was done at relatively short notice as we had had to move the planned completion day. Janet found a way to accommodate us, even offering to pack on the Bank Holiday. By contrast, when I spoke to Pickfords who are a nationwide business, their response to our requirements was to suggest that we rearranged our completion day to a date when they had better availability. Unique Move Removals are a small business and perhaps more informal and not as ‘corporate’ as some outfits. However, in our case they more than made up for it with their friendly, professional, responsive and customer-centric approach.Oh, and so far it looks like nothing has been broken or lost — always a good sign after a move!

Great service. Wayne and Dan were attentive and careful with all of our belongings. Highly recommend them.
