Demon Valeting

Bad customer service because of his mistake to forget to ask if i had pets. I have x2 dogs kept in the boot. He said he asks everyone about pets but unfortunately James you forgot to ask me. I was happy to pay the extra and I would have no reason to not tell them as my dad is allergic to dogs so I understand the pain. He took the car to ring me back 20mins later to say he wouldn't do it. The car was not in that bad a way but it apparently was to dirty on the outside for them to clean... yet they are a car cleaning company. I booked it in for a full valet and was happy to pay the £120. Thanks for wasting my time because of your mistake. Advice to those wanting to use this company, clean your car first before dropping it off.

The boys were thorough and did a most excellent job of washing my white transit van.No bits missed.It can not be just me that thinks so, as there is a constant queue waiting for their service.If it was bad, you would not have to wait.
