Took 45 minutes for our order to arrive dispute the app stating that it had been collected after 10minutes. This is not fast food. Staff seemed to be prioritising the drive through, lots of unhappy customers in the restaurant being kept waiting, no apologies from management or evidence of any concerns by management.The play area outside is not safe, children cannot be seen inside it by parents or staff and there is supervision of any sort. Will not be going back. Was told need to leave feedback via the app however this is not possible

I would never leave a review for McDonald’s, but I just had to with this branch, they were so friendly as soon as I walked in with my family, what a credit to you Linda is, it turns out she is from our area in London. Such a contrast to McDonald’s in london which is never a pleasant experience.. well done to this branch of McDonald’s

Service in McDonald's has gone from poor to dreadful, waiting for ages. They are taking on too much in the way of orders but don't have the capability to deliver so everything just slows down.

I wouldn't ordinarily give a review on a MacDonalds but we've just left here and found the service was exceptional. Everyone was super friendly but one guy in particular (maybe a manager as he was dressed all in black) was possibly the nicest guy in the universe. Helpful, friendly, offered to open doors for me...he even waved us good bye in the car park. Wish I'd got his name as he deserves a proper mention.

We had multiple amazing experiences with this McDonald's. The food we ordered was 100% accurate, RED HOT which is how It should be, and the service was great. We didn't have to wait long for the food at all, the place itself is VERY clean. The toilets were also immaculate, never seen anything like them. Very good McDonalds, I recommend you to come here if you are thinking about it. Though I do wish the monopoly stickers come with the breakfast menu/items.

This is the best McDonalds I've been to in the UK.Their service is excellent - The past three times we've been, they've not got a single order wrong.They always remember no mayo for the burger, and the entire order is there.The staff here are friendly and helpful, and there is one man who goes round checking on everyone, asking if everything's okay, etc. It's really nice to see.You don't usually get this level of service unless your in the Americas, or Asia, or Europe. Nice to see this restaurants' staff bringing the UK up to global standards. Well done, guys.The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the UK company-wide policies. (ie. Paper straws, no cash payments on terminals, trying to push cashless payments, bland modern interior design - Where did the clown go?)However this in no way reflects the shortcomings of this particular outlet - It's a UK wide issue.While the product range and prices aren't as good as they are in other parts of the world, I fully appreciate that this is due to cost of living in the UK, and other local organized crime (VAT, import taxes, transport-fuel tax rate, etc) which certainly isn't McDonalds' fault.

Went here for a quick bite last night, ordered inside and waited over 30mins for our food. I wouldn't normally mind this as I understand the food industry is a difficult one to work in. However, the staff were just awful. They were all walking at one pace and prioritising the drive-thru orders to the point that nobody inside was receiving anything and the queue kept growing. I witnessed a nice young lady try to ask someone if they could wipe a table inside or give her a cloth to which the staff member looked at her and completely blanked her. The staff then continued to ignore everyone's requests.I noticed as soon as the lady with lilac-coloured hair came out, she RAN that shift whilst everyone around her continued to work with no enthusiasm. She managed to get through all the orders and was running around like no tomorrow to get things sorted. She was the only member of staff to regard anyone and to apologise for the wait so credit to this lady who's name I sadly didn't get.Unfortunately, when we did receive our food at last- it wasn't great. I think this team needed a little bit of training and I hope that poor lady gets recognised for her hard work.

Great food was cooked really well however was quite disappointed as missed 2 items off my order which was a big mac burger and also the 20 chicken nuggets so had to go back in and wait longer for the rest of my order staff was very understanding and friendly about this issue and apologied

Although busy there during our holiday we really enjoyed this new maccies only a stones throw from our caravan park. thanks to Declan for helping our family out... 5 stars guys.
