I completed the internal auditor training course with ISO Training Services Ltd recently. Of all the various training courses I have completed, this is definitely up there with the best in terms of hitting the expected learning outcomes. This one day course was delivered efficiently and effectively, progressing at a good pace with plenty of participant interaction throughout, meaning the day did not drag like in many courses. The course content was well prepared and delivered, giving participants a very good understating of the processes and procedures for conducting audits with an organisation.

Excellent course - instructor was very good at getting the information across simply and easily. The overview at the start was useful in setting the context for where internal audits fit, and the group discussion and team whiteboard sessions were great for showing how the subject matter was relevant to the different businesses we were in. Practical audit sessions on day 2 helped embed the theory discussed on day 1 and gave good experience of doing a real audit, but in a safe environment. I went away with a much better understanding of how to make this work in my organisation.
