Yakuza Wraps

We organised for our Hilux roof to be wrapped. We were given a quote very quickly which was very reasonable and the truck booked in for a week later. The wrap is absolutely perfect and the service and communication was 5 star.Nice people to deal with and very accommodating. Delighted customer.

Sat 22 Aug visited Tony at yakuza for window tint. After 2 hrs got call to say job was done. Went in and he was with a friend, there was no lighting on in the workshop and right away he asked for the money, and seemed keen to get me out in a hurry. I'd quick look over, paid, reversed out, and as it was raining I just drove home. Hour later rain stopped so I went out dried the windows and had a look in the daylight. What a mess ! I found 14 lines over 2in long all over the rear window and it was covered in tiny bubbles where the tint was not put on properly, my back seats were all trainer marks, along with the back of my front seats, one of the quarter windows had a large bubble, but he had actually managed to do the other quarter window ok.I texted Tony right away and he did not reply. On the Monday I messaged tony again, stating I wanted the job redone, my money returned, or put onto someone else at his expense to redo his mess. No reply. I've tried several times now and never recieved any response.I went to a proper tint shop other day to see if they could redo this, and the boy asked if I'd done the job myself. I told him what had happened and he said it wasn't the first time he would be redoing work from yakuza and he has heard similar stories from here.I'm now booked in, and would advise everyone to avoid yakuza and pay a extra £20 and get a proper professional job done rather than the mess I got left with , very very poor in ever field.
