Tea rooms are excellent - all home cooked pies and cakes. But don't go if you're on a diet - it's all too tempting!

The cafe and craft shop were very friendly. However we booked to stay on the camp site for 2 weeks although it says suitable for long stay we have been asked to take down our awning and move so that he can mow the grass. It's pouring with rain and rain for casted for tomorrow. However would like us to move sometime today or tomorrow. Not friendly at all . Will not return.

Historic church packed with traces of Saxon history. Atmosphere is electric.Shame vandals recently paid a visit and entered forcefully. May karma return the favour.

We spent a couple of hours playing Pitch & Putt one Sunday afternoon. The 12 hole course is clean and well laid out; a nice introduction to Golf for beginners. Clubs and balls provided. It's worth asking for a Tee too.

Nice area for a quiet country walk.Park at the top of the hill, next to the curch for decent views or at the bottom to walk up or around the hill.Nice friendly pub in the village for lunch & pint.
