From start to finish, I can't rate this company enough. Absolutely blown away by the customer service, end result and fast service. My only regret is not discovering them sooner as its completely transformed my living room saving me so much from buying a whole new sofa!

Cushion Guys - Custom Cushions
I needed to convert a chaise sofa into a 3 seater sofa and needed a bespoke cushion made. The Cushion Guys were fantastic and offered a prompt and friendly service. The cushion arrived today and was a great fit. The material was a reasonable match to the rest of the sofa (not perfect, but I knew it wouldn't be before I ordered - didn't matter as we would be putting a sofa cover over it anyway). Thanks to the Cushion Guys for enabling us to enjoy the sofa again!

Cushion Guys - Custom Cushions
Easy to understand website & instructions on how to measure correctly. My order arrived within a week as advised & well protected. I initially thought OMG they’re too big, but after I had removed the protective packaging & popped the cushion covers on all was perfect. Nice & firm cushions. Definitely will use again. Wonderful way of saving money as no need for new sofa now & my local cats home have the old cushions so no landfill either.

Nothing but positive things to say about Cushion Guys - particularly Jonathan.Very easy consultation over email about what I was after, just a replacement of seat cushions that were so flat.I sent the covers through the post so they could insert the cushions for me.Even when there was a hiccup with the delivery company, Jonathan made contact on my behalf and got redelivery sorted overnight.My sofa now looks as good as new! So comfy, bouncy! I won't hesitate to use them again, and would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs new cushions of some kind. Thank you again Jonathan, Customer Service at its best!

Excellent service from The Cushion Guys. Really personal service. Called me to discuss my order, and recommend what I should ask for. Met a really speedy turnaround just before Christmas, way in advance of what I asked for. Sent them my cushion covers and they created perfect fit cushions which were sent back in my covers. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service from The Cushion Guys! We needed to replace the inners of the back cushions and scatter cushions on our two sofas... and definitely needed some advice first. Replaced my large Loaf Butterbump sofa cushions with their Luxury Foam - turned the order around quickly and the results are amazing - looks excellent (slightly rounded which is great) and finally makes this sofa feel great to use. Wish we'd found them sooner as a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We sent our cushion covers to enable expert fitting , which proved to be the right decision, we couldn’t be more happy with the finished product, which has enhanced our suite. From start to finish the service was professional and we would highly recommend the company. From sending the covers to completion was under two weeks.

I found the cushion guys online as I had some work done and needed a replacement cushion for my bay window bench.Jonathan was super helpful, both via email and phone and after getting some samples I placed an order.The turnaround time was very quick and when I saw the cushion the first time it was a big YES. Decent, honest dealing & excellent products.I cannot speak highly enough of The Cushion Guys. I had an old sofa with totally flat seat and back cushions. I was looking for replacement inserts. Jonathan gave great advice, a fair price, and made perfect cushions quickly. Sofa is once again looking great, and is extremely comfy. You won't go wrong!
