When I discovered that the bird in my loft was actually a swift, I called Epsom & Ewell pest control and spoke with Michael. After being phoned, they were able to show up immediately. They quickly determined the source of the problem and set about fixing it. staff was professional, kind, incredibly educated, and able to give advice. They are quite dependable, and if necessary, we will employ them again. I wholeheartedly advise them.

They provided very nice service, were very clear about the processes they were taking, and gave us accurate departure times. When we believed we had a dead rat in the house, they were even gracious enough to send someone out that day!

Their follow-up service is terrible. Why bother with a guarantee having spent four figures on these services, and the manager does not even respond to my messages while no staff turns up to an arranged booking.
