I took my daughters BMW 1series into Dexels on scorer street. Its was booked in for 1 tyre , and a free wheel alignment. The guy in reception (The grumpy one) not very welcoming, said he could do the tracking if was out whilst I waited. It required adjusting,so I gave him the thumbs up. The car was placed on the tracking ramp. The mechanic had to heat up the front track rod ends. (Seized up) Shortly after Mr grumpy had a quick look at it. The car was taken off the ramp. Mr grumpy came back into the office, handed me the keys and said we carnt do it because it's seized up! you're not being charged for that and you've already paid for the tyre.( Black circle)He never offered me any advice on what I should do next. I stood their absolutely flabbergasted. Call yourselves a garage. I don't think so. Shocking service. AVOID!

Took my van for an m.o.t received a phone call about work that van needs doing to pass mot which was carried out was told about an indicator that didn't work on wing mirror I was told all would be sorted to pass mot collected van a few days later, paid nearly £450 and drove home to tax the vehicle to find out there was no mot, after ringing the garage I was to find out there was no mot because it didn't pass due to indicator after being told the work that would be done would credit a pass, absolutely fuming what a joke why can't these places employ people who actually know what there going on about and are trust worthy, disgusting that I had to ring to find out ....Will never go back!!!!!!

Had my Jag booked in for 09.00 for 4 new tyres and 4 Wheel Alignment.Driving away at 10.30 all done. Car feels like it did when new. Cracking service by a professional friendly team. Many Thanks will definitely see you again in the future.

I was ready to order some new tyres online and before booking them in to be fitted here, I called to ask if they'd swap a section of my broken wheel arch liner (I'd already purchased the part) while they had the wheels off. The guy that answered the phone immediately started talking about their hourly rate and that wheel arch liners are a big job.... blah blah blah, he even laughed at me for saying it shouldn't take long (admittedly I said 30 seconds but thats obviously an exaggeration) The guy carried on talking rubbish about how it could take at least 30 mins and how much work is involved etc. I ended up taking it to a local, but very highly rated garage, they did my tyres, a quick winter check and they installed the liner for free because it took less than 5 mins with the wheels already off.

Got my taxi mot tested which failed so got repairs done when back ask them too put a new tire on then they checked my car and passed it fantastic service and very friendly staff especially Simon . And I got a free coffee it the nice waiting Area .

Do not even have a thought of taking your cars for any sort of wheel/tyre issue as these idiots always try to make out/loot money out of customers by pitching for new purchase even to fix a silly puncture. One of the stupid reason ever given to me was that the wheel had wrong size of tyre on, while it matched exactly as given in the vehicle's handbook as well as the sticker on the door jam. They finally didn't had the courtesy to fix it when I denied to buy a new tyre with them. They straight away said the car is backed on and ready for collection". Such a kind of third class customer service they give."
