Milos has carried out an amazing job on stopping the creaking sound coming from under the carpet whilst ensuring no damage was done to any pipe work underneath the floor boards. His work was thorough and insisted on ensuring all the boards were secure. When he finished he left the rooms clean and tidy. Excellent job and a lovely friendly person. We now have a quiet home.

Milos and Peter worked hard to totally transform my flat. They paid great attention to detail and finished the work to a high standard. The flat was in very poor condition and they needed to do extra jobs such as dealing with damp issues and replacing floorboards. They also built a new bath panel and channelled cables into the ceiling. They are very easy to work with and I am very pleased the end result. Thank you both.

I can't recommend South Western Property Services highly enough. Milos & Petr did some exterior painting on our windows, doors & fascia boards at the back of the house & their work was exceptional.We had been told that we would need to replace our kitchen door but Petr filled, repaired & painted it to look brand new. Milos & Petr's work ethic is second to none, they are lovely people to have working around the house (always a bonus!) & are immaculately tidy. I wish more people were like them!

Miloš and Petr painted the outside of our house, which involved replacing rotten wood on a large bay window. They also did some internal painting. Their work was of a very high standard, with great attention to detail and finish. They were hard-working, tidy and considerate, and it was a pleasure to have them here.

Milos and his brother Peter went above and beyond to deliver a first class service. Having done a fantastic job decorating our dining room and kitchen we decided to use them to complete our shower room. They provided an end-end service including plumbing for the shower/toilet/sink followed by tiling and finishing fixings e.g. shower doors. I would highly recommend them - professional, skilled, trustworthy and hardworking. Importantly they are great at doing those awkward jobs, in our case this included repair of a bowed ceiling as well as removing and plastering a redundant wall hatch.

Milos and Peter were chosen to do a major job of decorating multiple ornate wrought iron railings and various deteriorating woodwork at the double block of flats in which I live.It proved to be an excellent decision. Their work was outstanding. They were exceptionally conscientious, taking great care in every stage of their work and I am delighted with the high quality of the final result.In addition, they had a charming manner - polite, respectful, and very friendly. Milos and his little brother Peter did a great job on our new home office cabin. So good we used them on a couple of bedrooms and an en suite a few months after. I have recommended them to a number of friends who have all had exceptional results.
