Tried to sell a CPU using the drop and go service. Declined over the phone because they found a hair on it apparently, despite it being in full working order and no bent pins, and despite them not seeing the hair when I got it out on the counter for them to check the condition at the shop. I’ll be using eBay/ Facebook marketplace from now on. Drop and go should not mean drop, go, be fobbed off, pick it up and take it back again.

Can sometimes have unreasonable prices, but other than that, it's fine. Games and films are very neatly organised into console and then alphabetically. Hardware is also displayed quite neatly.

Surprisingly pleasant visit to CeX. Been to a few of these stores and they are normally pretty gim, so a nice suprise.

Great selection of pre-owned Blu-rays, DVDs, games and electronics. Much cheaper than elsewhere and with a good warranty and returns policy too. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Well worth a visit to browse and an excellent place to find rare collectable items.

Great selection on games. Could be a little more fair with the buy for price, but when you need to quick payday it really can help. I appreciate your reply and hopefully when I return to your store to sell an item I will walk out more than happy.

I wouldn’t waste your time, trying to sell anything here or buy anything I travel 10 miles to be told I need a lens cap for my camera, which I went away, found and came back and travelled the same distance again for a different person to tell me that they can’t accept it considering the camera was in a perfect state, they just wasted my time not to mention the sales you get no help at the products are about to go faultyHonestly, a waste of time you’re better off, trying to find something on eBay or Facebook marketplace

Great wee store. Lots of choice.Staff were great, I popped in just before Christmas to get a phone for my daughter, had a set budget that I wanted to keep to (she has no luck with phones so didn't want to spend too much). The person who helped me showed me options within budget, helped me decide whoch would be most age appropriate etc.Only downsides the store has a kinda weird smell to it.

It's OK. Busy on my visit, with lots of people selling multiple games and dvds. The staff were friendly and upbeat, despite the muttering queue, but worked as fast as they could.Would visit again.
