What a great place to buy a bed, went in for a look and came out with a great bed at a great price , bed was delivered as advised 4 weeks later and I have had the best nights sleep ever. The delivery men couldn’t have been more helpful and it was a bonus with free delivery and free assembly. I will not hesitate in recommending. My daughter bought one from the East Kilbride store

Bought our bed in advance of moving into our house and even though the bed was ready nearly 3 weeks earlier than expected the guys kindly held on to it in their warehouse until we were ready.The woman in the store was super helpful and allowed us to test out every bed in the store before we made a decision.Great service thank you

Bought a full bed . Base mattress and headboard . A few minor issues with base but issue was rectified . Headboard lovely quality . Mattress decent . Bought another 2 mattresses for my sons . The guys were ok but felt they could have made more of an effort putting base together without the black plastic fittings . But overall good store . Decent customer service and staff . Maybe I was a bit too fussy! Would definitely shop there again, but make your choice clear from start exactly what you would like, and I’m sure the guys work hard to make any future customers happy too

We came from Europe and didn’t know that the sizes of beds in Britain are different, we came to the store and this bed seemed a bit small to us and we asked the saleswoman if it’s definitely King Size, she said yes, maybe because we have a large room, it seems small to you Since the British version is King Size 200x150 while the European version is 200x180, we called them and asked why they did not clarify that they refused to give us a refund or replacement with an additional charge. Terrible service

The whole experience was great. From chosing the bed and them holding it for 3 months for us!! Then the delivery guys omg they where amazing. We picked a superking bed without checking if it would fit up our stairs. It did not but they tried and tried and eventually got it up and took them ages. Not once did they complain or moan about how hard it was they kept working. They took their shoes off and everything as we had just had a new carper. Honestly the guys are a credit to the company. And the best is amazing

What a wonderful man with a fantastic attitude. Couldn't have asked for a lovelier experience choosing a bed with my partner. We decided on a velvet olive 4'6 divan bed with 2 storage drawers, including the mattress. We were given 20% off for the boxing day sale and our order was processed with haste. Can't complain, looking forward to getting our new bed.
