Gavin and Jacqui Marshall would like to thank Jordan and his team for creating our beautiful new kitchen! It is exactly what we wanted, homely with a high quality finish. Jordan was lovely to work with and we wish Inspire by design continued success.

Called into Inspire by design yesterday. Was greeted at the door by Paul. He mentioned numerous times about budget, kitchen are one off.. unique... no plans given until deposit paid (which I completely understand, it was just the shear amount of time he said it, that I had the issue with). I called in for friendly expert advice. To have a look at the quality and style of the kitchens on display and left feeling judged and deflated. This was for a new build house with a large budget set aside for the heart of our family home. If you wish to discuss your kitchen with Paul please remember to turn up dressed for the occasion and if possible bring your bank balance for approval at the door. Also before I turned to google reviews I did call Paul to discuss this as I believe feedback is always important only for him to hang up.

Sadly we are now two years since we began our kitchen journey with Inspire By Design.At that time the senior designer was Jordan, who was affable, charming and came up with a fantastic design.We had to give a £1k deposit before we could see the design, then the first half of the full price upon ordering the kitchen.The second half of the money was contractually to be given before fitting began, which seemed a little odd.Unfortunately once the kitchen passed from Jordan’s hands to those of their fitters everything started to go pear-shaped. We had been told it would all be done within two weeks… that stretched out to six, with us washing dishes in our bath and living from a microwave in our lounge.We had ordered a German kitchen, so all the units were being manufactured abroad and then shipped to us.Initially we had to contend with numerous missing elements and damaged parts. As well as thoroughly unpleasant fitters. (At one point having to refer to YouTube to see how I could stop the newly installed dishwasher from leaking all over our new floor, as the fitters, who had installed it the previous day, refused to take any blame for the issue!)Two years on the business has had several complete changes of staff, and no one will even return calls or emails.We are left with a kitchen that has numerous issues yet.I’m sure that there are others who have had better experiences with Inspire By Design, but ours has become one of the most expensive mistakes of my life.If anyone were to ask, I could only advise based on our experience, and beg people to steer clear of this company.

The phone number no longer works and the company has been struck off on companies house. I got a kitchen off them a few years ago was hoping to get some maintenance done oh well!

Guarantee means nothing. Issues after one year and not responding by email or FB messenger. Quality of work doesn't match price. Joints with filling done were a bespoke piece was needed and peeling as done over the hob. Wouldn't mind of they responded to rectify but just ignoring us.
