Came here today (on a Sunday) and accidentally started a machine without putting my clothes in. The owner immediately gave me a refund. Very nice gesture! Would definitely recommend!

I personally believe that the lady working there should give way to the public when using the big washers and the dryers people were waiting and leaving I had to use 2 small washers which runs more expensive. Pleasant lady but just my opinion

I visited to wash two very fluffy so quite large fabric dog beds and was really pleased to see this launderette had several washing machines big enough. Even though it was the weekend, I went early and there were plenty of machines not being used. Much better value than the outdoor Revolution large machines I have used for washing the dog beds before. Accepts coins or card payment. Sells soap powder and softener if you haven’t brought it. I definitely will use again.

Never been before,so therefore, out of my comfort style,however the lady,who looks after it was Fantastic. I worked for a very long time,with a blue chip retailer,the lady,help was ,not just good,but caring. I was there doing a dog basket, I would recommend this site.

Handy launderette, popped into to dry some clothes I had washed at home. 9kg was dried in 20 minutes. Easy operate machines. They take cash and card. Would use again

Hi can you contact me please. Have been to the laundrette a number of times and the machines just open and all water floods the launderette mid way though the cycle. Have paid extra money to rewash clothes, also the dryer machine doesn't work. A lot of the machines need servicing. Nobody was in the laundrette to speak to but not impressed I've had to pay twice to wash clothes.

The machines and dryers are good, and the place is clean. It was very quiet between 4pm and 5:30pm. Loos didn’t work, and neither did the powder sales dispenser. But it’s basically a good place.

Owner was there when I arrived. Really pleasant and helpful. Washing came out smelling like it had been washed, unlike the Kidsgrove launderette!! Would thoroughly recommend. Not busy but clean, seats, toilet to name but a few things

Very good laundrette, it doesn’t take too long and you can use cards which is great, just place the payment card on the screen and select which machine that you have filled.Staff very friendly and helpful.
