Purosearch

Following my qualifying as a registerd nurse I knew that my career was geared towards going back into the private sector and returning back to residential/nursing homes which I had worked in for 16 yrs prior to obtaining my degree. With very little experience of job hunting( because I'd always stayed with employers for many years) I felt seeking employment through a Recruitment agency would be my best option. Having submitted my CV it was not long before I was contacted by Gemma Wright a consultant from York office. I found Gemma to be thorough, polite, excellent communicator and also very professional in listening to my wishes around career options. Gemma rang me regularly with job opportunities and when I was short listed for a job Gemma kept me fully up to date with all aspects of the interview process. On acceptance of the job my process was very smooth. In the weeks whilst serving my notice period Gemma still phoned with regular updates on recruitment process and often just checking that everything was OK.
