I had 4 sessions at Capital physio Cambridge with Heidi Leech and it went very well. I had a very bad pain on my IT band and now it is completely gone as result of following the suggested recovering exercises and physio sessions with Heidi. We started with a screening session so she could understand my sports habits and assess what practice would be best for me. She continued unloading my affected IT band. I felt improvement from the beginning. You can realise she is very knowledgeable on her area as she suggests many ways to recover and answers all your questions accurately. I highly recommend her as your physiotherapist and she is also very friendly.

Jenny Wilson (my physiotherapist at Capital Physio) has done wonders to my health! Within the first consultation she inspired a lot of trust and positive energy reassuring me that she would be able to considerably reduce my shoulder aches which I had had for many years and wouldn't go away after visiting several physiotherapists.She gave me some really good massages and taught me how to do a few exercises that would help me build up my strength again and give me back the shoulder mobility I had lost because of the agony.Only after a few sessions, I immediately noticed the difference. I was able to go back to the gym and lift up heavier weights again and am considering going back to dancing flamenco which I had to give up because of the pain.I am a very happy man! I am so thankful for everything that Jenny has done for me. She is very professional, friendly, caring, genuine and radiates a lot of energy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a good physiotherapist. Thank you Jenny!

Waited weeks for appointment. Needed to take time off for it as only daytime slots available. They cancelled with a few hours notice, and then didnt have any replacement appointment to offer for 2 weeks again (in email said they could do following week, but when I rang was not available). Appreciate these things happen, but still means it was 1 star experience for me

Highly recommend James and the Bodyset team.James really helped me through my ACL rehab and has been both highly knowledgeable and motivational.He has a very calming demeanor and is super positive.It was a pleasure to have been guided through. He also didn't laugh at my noodle leg, which is a bonus :-)

Jenny is an amazing physio who I would highly recommend to anyone seeking treatment or advice. She was very professional and highly motivated to get me back to where I needed to be. She listened to my problems and had a great vibe about her every time I visited the treatment room. Capital Physio should be very proud of what they have achieved.

I have been seeing Heidi Leech for 5 sessions now. I had bad lower back pain and it got quite better after the first session and is still maintaining (if not improving). Heidi is very professional and happy to explain what she is doing, as well as why and how she is doing it. She is also very friendly and puts you at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone needing to see a physiotherapist.

I have had around 8 sessions now with Heidi Leech. I visited her because I had lower back pain, and numbness / tingling down my legs and in my heels. She assessed me and found that I had several muscles locked in my back. After a few sessions, the problem was much better. I was also given several exercises to do daily which have really helped. My condition is almost completely resolved now and I would recommend her very much as an excellent physio. She willingly took the time to describe all aspects of the problem and treatment to me, and was also very understanding about me being very ticklish - not only has my issue been fixed, but we've also had a lot of laughs! Highly recommended.

I went to see Jenny with a muscular injury to my hip. She assessed me, gave me treatment, as well as a list things to do at home. I was very happy with the service, she's well worth going to see.I went back recently because of some shoulder & lower back issues. Whilst Jenny was no longer there Dominic treated me. He did a great job. No pain 8 weeks since. I will keep returning if anything else comes up.

The physiotherapist I went to was Rachael, and she was amazing she was very professional, supportive, and knowledgeable. I was suffering from knee problems and back pain, and she helped me to improve amazingly during her time with me. Definitely, I would recommend her to others.

Jenny at Capital Physio did a fantastic job in helping me to recover from a running injury. Her massages, although painful(!), did the trick and she was able to give me some targeted exercises to get me back to running gradually. She is very passionate about what she does and really helped to motivate me to get better. Thanks Jenny! :-)
