Went in for a CV update and a chat regarding career prospects and development and spoke with the Manager (Zoe) who was my first port of call in reception. It was a great workshop and she gave me the advise that I needed to further develop, I cannot praise her and The Team anymore, they are excellent! I recommend for any needs on career advice and short courses.

Had my exam here for construction I was to get 40 questions right but for some reason the computer gave me 13 questions right and the others wrong I’m upset and angry about this and yesterday when we was to do the entry level 1 they didn’t even both to tell us to look at our emails.it was only today the manager told me to look at my email.so that means no one passed in the construction course I’m upset and angry I be going to another construction course that don’t need computers or staff who don’t tell you to look at your email fir your entry level questions.if the owner rides this it’s not your fault

Had an appoinment with Jade today to register and sort out doing a course. Was very helpful very imformative. Gave me lots of advice. The lad on reception was very friendly. Will recomend the service to others

I had a fantastic experience with jobchange in dudley literally safe was nice and kind always there to help and if you called up and needed help they was there helping you right away and I just wanna say what was fantastic too was all the help I had from the manager jade Edwards she was brillant with helping me with my CV and made it to the best it could be I gotta say overall if I could give more stars to this place I would I just couldn't thank them enough. Highly recommended
