Northampton Sports Therapy
Ashley has treated me for the past 2/3 years, for sports therapy, as I keep injuring muscles playing squash. His knowledge is first class. He's also good at accupuncture which eases the slight back pain I occasionally get.

Ashley is a fantastic guy who is very caring and has your interest firmly in his mind when helping you. There is no doubt his help in prepping me and giving me a pre marathon massage allowed me to run my first marathon. His knowledge of niggles and injuries and best practice is superb. Well worth going to him if you are someone that needs someone to sort you out and facilitate an improvement in your legs / back etc. I recommend.

Had a great experience attending an appointment with Ash a couple of weeks ago for the first time. He's really knowledgeable, very friendly and really helped with a little tendinitis issue in my foot. He's also adhering to covid-19 guidelines to keep everyone and himself safe so would not hesitate to recommend seeing him for physio.

Ash is an expert in his field. My daughter is a gymnast and trains hard weekly and alongside her growing has had to deal with numerous injuries from elbows to knees, ankles to back. Ash has always been able to fix anything we bring to him. His knowledge is second to none. We also see him on a regular basis for preventative therapy which has definitely helped my daughter to keep training. He is always professional and very welcoming.I couldn't recommend a better Sports therapist for any sport.

Ashley helped me to recover from an old injury his care and attention has helped the ligaments to recover much faster, thank you, i truly recommend ashley if you have any injuries, his help & care will alleviate pains and help your muscle to recover faster, thank you very much ashley for your help.

I'm 55 and I try to stay fit but I break easier the older I get and the healing takes longer - but its 200% so much longer if you don't go to the physio immediately. Ashley's full on - an excellent communicator and in my opinion physio too. I always come away confident that I understand what's happened and with a bit more knowledge about my body than I had before

I have now finished shockwave treatment for plantar fasciitis with Ashley, I can only say how pleased I am with the results, Ashley is very professional, explains in detail why I got this problem, exercises to help the problem, what the shockwave treatment does and going forward to prevent it coming back. I would not hesitate at recommending him. Thanks Ashley

I have been seeing Ashley on a regular basis for six years now. Sometimes arriving feeling crippled but able to function much better after a session with him. He is a great communicator and full of knowledge. I can highly recommend him.

Northampton Sports Therapy
I saw Ash for a running-related achilles issue. He gave me 4 x sessions of shockwave therapy and it helped dramatically. He also gave me the reassurance and confidence needed to understand what was happening / how we could fix it / next steps for future rehab. All round lovely guy, passionate about sport and with a genuine intent of getting people better. Affordable too. Highly recommended :)
