Just ordered form the shop to walk home with ordered the kebab wrap that comes with both chilli and garlic. Also asked if both sauces are in Mt meal got told yes. Got home and I'm eating a dry wrap no sauce on it and no tubs of sauce. Bringing the whole male down

The pizza base felt really nice but the cheese had the consistency of scrambled eggs, with a hard burnt crust on top. Its a shame, because if it had been cooked well I think it would have been a really nice pizza.

Someone said if you've nothing good to say, say nothing at all. However, the shop did have positives. The staff are friendly, and covid procedures are in place.The pizza was something else. I had a meaty feast, and hated every aspect of it. Most ended up in the bin. But that might just be my taste buds. Others may love it. Its personal preference I guess.

Paid a absolute fortune for two chip wraps £18 they said XL and they were thin and freezing cold. Half the chips where over cooked and the other half were under cooked. No freebie when spending over £15 and quality was very poor DONT USE THIS!!!!

I'm a fan of this shop and would recommend to all takeaway fans. I'd guess it is the 'market leader' in Spenny, and for good reason... They do good stuff!I'm giving four stars because they can be a bit inconsistent. The lads in the shop are spot on, and literally slog their wick out... But they should tighten up on their standards. Every 'dish' should be perfected and standardised so that each one is uniform.In the spirit of constructive feedback:They should lead the way by adding calorie info to their online menu.They should lower their delivery threshold so you can order for less than £9. If I want a portion of chips and am happy to pay £2 for delivery, let me!Their parmos let them down. Send your lads out to do some research.Alis in Mickey are cheaper, faster, more consistent and often better than pizza time. Their garlic bread, for example, is simply ridiculous. That shop seems to be the 'enemy to watch' for Pizza Time as most of the other takeaways aren't fit to carry Alis or Pizza Times bags.

Ordered bolognase pizza think the mince should be mixed with tomato sauce because it was bit dry

Just received our delivery after ordering over an hour ago which was stated on the app… only to receive a dry donor Parmo with barely any donor or bechamel sauce on it and must of been a 70 year old chicken. Cheesy chips were chewier than a leather flip flop. Usually lovely from here and order all the time but won’t be ordering again. However delivery woman was lovely

Absolutely disgusting, ordered a chicken pizza got home opened the box and it’s just margarita. Still ate it how ever but the cheese on top of the pizza is rock hard it’s eating like eating cardboard, could do with using a lot more tomato sauce for the pizza base also!
