Firstly the sales people are really helpful but the management and their attitude to how they offer you money for your car is abysmal. Trust Ford don’t know anything about presenting a car, it was dirty inside when I inspected it, I was promised it would be clean when I picked it up, it wasn’t poor your poor at cleaning cars. It was the same when I visited the Wilmslow garage cars poorly presented.

Great service from the team especially Paul and Craig. Very good quality cars for sale with no hard sell tactics whatsoever. Welcomed us for a test drive on our own and then arranged payment over the phone and delivery when illness prevented us returning to collect the car. Second hand car came with 3 days free insurance and 3 months Ford dealer warranty.

The website is informative and therefore helpful. The actual car purchase was made straightforwards. All explanations were clear. The PX was fair. The new car handover was a positive experience. Our sales representative was very experienced and made the purchase as good as it gets. We liked the idea of a longer term relationship.

Went to a few garages looking for a new car , 2 Peugeot garages a Nissan Garage was treated disgusting ? got messed about so much my sister said I’m taking you to garage we use …. Trustford huddersfield salesperson was brill he really listened to what I wanted. He sourced a puma st vignale Solar silver even sent a person to fetch it from Scotland, has he knew I’d been messed around so much, they’ve been fantastic with me …. and the car Is just brill :) thank you trustford huddersfield ;) the puma is a brill drive and looks so good :)

Good customer experience of buying the car and getting a follow up with test drive. They did their best to get the price where we were comfortable but we did get confused about the make up of the figures in the order form. It was fed back we would have like to have a detailed walkthrough of the numbers and what made up which figures. We did have some confusion on the car in terms that he were first told the colour we liked had the parking pack but then it turned out it didn’t. We were uncomfortable when we walked away chosen a car with a third party to fit the rear camera but they rectified this by letting us choose another car without fuss. Overall a good service received and happy with the car.

Very happy with the service. Ryan in commercial sales is brilliant to deal with, very knowledgeable and an all round nice guy. Ryan sold me a new Custom back in 2020 and I have just been back to him for it’s replacement in the picture below. I would highly recommend Trustford Huddersfield if you are looking for a new or used Ford Transit or Ranger.
