Stayed at The Barn and Orsola cooked for us on two evenings. The food was absolutely delicious and all vegetables straight from the garden. We chose three courses and every dish was a real treat. Couldn't be happier.

I had a wonderful one-to-one cookery lesson with Orsola online. She suggested Indian cuisine to suit my dietary requirements. We made a delicious chicken curry, a very tasty lentil dahl, saag aloo and GF chapatis. I learnt so much about both the ingredients and the cooking process, and it was fun and rewarding. Highly recommended.

Our team, many of whom had not met face to face before, got stuck in to Orsola's cookery workshop and not only learnt a lot of cooking skills but had loads of fun and ate well at the end of it!Orsola was great to work with, accommodating, efficient and impressively calm and organised in amongst the chaos of our cookery efforts.I would thoroughly recommend booking up for Orsola's workshop for anyone looking for a fun team event. I am sure we will be talking about it for years to come!

Booked a private fine dining experience for my wife's birthday, the food prepared by Orsola was exquisite, the ingredients and flavours in each unique signature dish were amazing. Orsola clearly has a passion for everything she creates, a true artist and one of life's truly lovely people. Thankyou Orsola for making Fiona's birthday special.

I would give Orsola a thousand stars if I could. She catered for our wedding and everything was just perfect. From the initial phone call where we developed a brief with her for the food, she instantly made us feel at ease and we knew we were in safe hands. We had an Italian style feast and our guests absolutely LOVED it, and it was all so beautifully presented (my husband and I are both designers so this was an added bonus!)Orsola is the most lovely woman and was our favourite supplier from the whole wedding. And it was also incredible value. <3 we will be forever grateful.If you are thinking of hiring Orsola for your event - DO IT! :)

I won a prize for an Italian cooking lesson in my own home and was lucky enough that Orsola was the professional chef that came to my home to teach myself and my sister how to cook a 3 course Italian meal.We cooked gnocchi and pasta in a sauce plus a lovely orange cake. Orsola showed us the correct way to prepare the ingredients and explained the processes and how the different ingredients worked with each other. We had great fun and the meal was a brilliant success.I would highly recommend Orsola if you are thinking of Italian cooking lessons. She will teach you real authentic Italian cooking with tricks of the trade so the food turns out perfectly cooked and tastes amazing.Thank you Orsola for a wonderful experience.
