IMO Car Wash

Great service, the only negative was the massive vacuum cleaners that were very weak. But still did their job, just takes a few more passages...

Car got very grubby, especially the front wheels due to being FWD. Asked the gentleman if it was possible to have extra clean and he did a proper thorough job. Car is spotless. Thanks mate!

IMO Plympton is one of the best maintained IMO carwashes in the southwest.. always nicely painted and all the equipment works, the guys have my car sparkling just at the prewash and it never has the fousty water smell that the rest of them have .. I travel through Cornwall alot so my car goes in grubby and always comes out gleaming .. would always 100% recommend a visit and a valet to have your car looking like new...

Generally pretty good and all staff are great. Sometimes the process can't cope with some stubborn marks after a few hundred mile journey in poor weather. Cleaning around my audi logo on the hatchback is not always great and I then need to give it personal attention.

Previously been to the transit way branch and had bad experience with the company due to the car was snapping the antenna of the roof and having to really fight to get it repaired. Finally decided to come to this branch after not using the company for just under a year. Wish I didn’t, recently purchased a new car and needed to get it cleaned due to the summer bugs that cover the cars in this time of year. I used the £13 ultra HD wash and was very disappointed to see that the windscreen looked like it hadn’t been touched aswell as other parts of the car. Also to find that various parts of body work had been damaged with scratches across the roof, front bumper and wings, also to find chipped paint on front bumper and bonnet. Will never be coming back again.

Cheap and fast to get your car washed just the staff seemed a little brainwashed

I was not impressed with the service. I paid for the Ultimate and they forgot to brush off the boot area as my car went into car wash and had not jet washed the bottom quarter of my car, or the inside of the alloy wheels at all. I went down the road to the local hand car wash paid £8, instead of the £12 at IMO for a perfect job done. Never again.

I had a full valet done here when I was selling my car. The car came back looking brand new and sold to the first viewer. They did an excellent job with great attention to detail and went the extra mile to arrange a convenient time for me to collect the car when it was ready.

Top-top lads, very friendly, and they appreciate a rare car when they see one.
