JS Physiotherapy and Massage

Not disappointed once having had a massage here. Ear candle is something new for me and it was good by the way. I often come here to relieve pains and sprains from the gym and boxing, or long periods of sitting in front of a screen, or sometimes just come for a relaxing massage. This physio is knowledgeable and truly cares about her profession and doesn't hide anything or promote things too much, not over priced for the treatment, which for a student who also works part-time like me is a great answer. I also like the way if she sees that particular area or muscle isn't suitable for this technique right now, she will always say so and use another technique that can help relieve pains or sprains. The location is in the heart of the city, however, it's not suitable if you have knee problems I would say because you have to walk up the stairs to the first floor. Overall, it is a great choice for a good place for massage and reasonable prices. Will come back for cupping treatment next time!

Jane was very professional her studio was lovely warm and welcoming, my lower back was sore and she treated me with lots of care and kept checking in to make sure I was ok, I will be going back regularly now as she knows what she’s doing for sure. 10 out of 10 I feel great.
