My experience with Andy at AS Landscape and Garden Services has been sadly disappointing. He initially came to do the work promptly and was very polite and personable. However, he complained of problems with his van so had not brought the correct tools for the job. He promised to return to finish mowing the lawn and to collect the garden waste. He also said that all cuttings would be picked up from the lawn. He did return to complete the job but not when promised. There was always an excuse- a vet visit, a broken down van, a friend letting him down etc. When he returned the lawn was left covered in grass cuttings which were not cleared up as promised. Also, I had paid Andy extra to empty my garden bin and he did not do this. He then promised on multiple occasions to return and complete the job but has failed to do so. This resulted in me having to move a very heavy garden bin from my rental home to my mother’s where it has now been sitting for almost six weeks. After an initially promising start working with Andy has brought more stress than it was worth. He is not reliable and I would not consider working with him again.
