My favourite place to host a residential training event in London

Very good for the price compared to rip off hotels

The house is huge! As well as 10 good size en-suite bedrooms, it has a living room, large conservatory, dining room, cinema room and kitchen diner. Most of the beds are zip link so you can have 16 single beds and four doubles which suited us perfectly.Kitchen had everything we needed, two huge fridges, two dishwashers and was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the house. Garden has sauna, jacuzzi and barbeque area. The hosts somehow failed to mention that there is an indoor heated swimming pool. Easy and quick transport to Charing Cross from Catford Bridge station. We will stay again.

Fantastic accommodation for our booking of 19 people. We were a hen do and it was exactly what we needed for the size of our group! The house is absolutely huge, our group didn’t think the photos do the actual size of the house justice, and everything we needed was catered for. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, an en-suite per room (massive bonus for 19 people getting ready for a hen do!) with an easy check in. The entertainment room was also great.There were a couple of staff members that dropped in unexpectedly that the group thought would have been better if they’d have knocked at the front door rather than just letting themselves in through the back (we had the back door open at the time) but apart from that I’m sure if we have another London event Ravensbourne House will be top of our lists.

The girls organised my surprise hen do here just last weekend, we had the best time! With 18 of us, the kitchen was clean and perfect for us to host drinks and make food. The hot tub & sauna was a very welcome addition and perfect for a relax, we even had access to the swimming pool at the bottom of the garden!!! The beanbag room was an ideal space for our dancing lessons! All bedrooms were clean & tidy, and the access into central london was super easy! Ralph was also fantastic, on hand to help us out with any issues! Would highly recommend! Thank you 28 Ravensbourne, you were a dream :)

It was a fantastic week with a group of students, the house is huge, so well equipped with a lovely garden and a game room. We’ll go back in September because is absolutely worth the money, a perfect place for a group so close to the train station that we travelled to Central London in 20 minutes … amazing experience

Very good space for our gathering. Shame the included sauna didn’t work but great to have had the offer of the one next door. Bit dated but ok all in all.

I cannot rate this place higher than 5 or I would. Perfect for large groups, only 20-30 minutes to get to London Bridge. Fantastic weekend, one of the best places I have stayed in a very long time.
