good value for the money and great customer service. I just wish there was a way when creating a new rma that i could enter several different model numbers or devices so they show up on the form when i print them. Would also like to have documentation to show us how to use this database, the tutorials dont show a whole lot

i had purchased openrma software enterprise edition. and i am setting up machines to service a government contract here in New York. I normally dont write reviews for anyone but this company has the BEST SUPPORT EVER!!! very fast responses, always willing to help you out and always has your back. i love the software, i love the makers of the software. the Guy John is very smart and efficient and came to my rescue getting all this configured over our network! you guys are ACES in my book!!!!!!!

An amazing service that goes out of its way to make sure you get what you need. They are helpful and courteous. They even made some custom forms for me and helped get them setup. I recommend them completely!

The absolute most amazing support!I was expecting instructions and maybe some little help but wow, my support technician just went off and set up all our 4 computers in network in a breeze!We looked at several different softwares ranging in different prices in our efforts for selecting the best one for us and we are excited about choosing OpenRMA!This program is very user friendly and the support is simply Total VIP :-)

I have been using this software for about a week now and I wish I had started to a lot earlier. Previously I had been utilising spreadsheets to track everything but as my business has grown so has my need to utilise some specialist software which is catered for and adaptable to my needs. This wasn't the first software program I had trialled either but it's definitely the best by some way, although not the best looking it makes up for it in its functionality and ease to get to grips with.John has been fantastic as responding to my questions and helping me to tweak the software to how I require it. I'm really interested to see how this program evolves as the owner is clearly very committed to its development.For information, my review is based on using the Standard version of the software.

When we talk about support most of us cringe when we reach out to them. However this was not the case with OpenRMA Technologies! They tackled every issue I had (was quiet a few) instantly! I could not believe how fast the addressed and fixed my issues! Honestly these guys have proven to me to be the best in the business for what they do! I believe I will now be a long time customer just due to this fact alone! I just hope I have not driven them crazy over all the support tickets I filed on first day lol..
